Less-ness

Since ANF and DOT are just convenience representations, I am removing them by 'fusing' the introduction and removal of DOT. I also simplified the throwing of exceptions: explicit code has its merits, since it generates readable output, but the overall aim is a minimal, but flexible, fast compiler.
