It serializes and unserializes the system file without runtime errors. There may be other errors I am unaware of, but for the moment it seems to work. Next debug step: Linking.
Tried to look at the document generator, didn't feel much like working on it too much. There's still a strange bug in the compiler that if I try to invoke it from a certain directory depth, it gives a free/runtime error. No idea.
It didn't link because of a trivial unserialization bug. Fixed that, recompiling. Also fixed a bug in the trace introduction. Another long wait.
